Hey, I am Kevin Bachman. I was born and raised in the Chicago area, living in the Wicker Park neighborhood in Chicago for 15 years. Upon graduating from University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture, I quickly realized I am not suited for a desk job and office politics.
After having two girls, my wife and I decided to move out of the Midwest to the high desert of New Mexico.
Day to day, what makes me happy is making things and problem solving. I have focused on home renovation for over a dozen years. My “tool belt” includes kitchen & bathroom design and remodeling. Now, I can offer custom doors and furniture for your home.

I recently discovered a community who call themselves Makers and I am thrilled to be joining them. I finally have a space for custom builds, furniture making and whatever your vision holds. Woodworking is an entirely new challenge and skill set. Considering there are endless ways for accomplishing product design, wood joinery and finishing techniques, this journey into the Makers world will be an adventure for decades.
